Privacy Policy

STACKRhub ("we", "us", "our", or "the Service") is a digital habit-tracking and personal-development platform operated by HyperSolutions Lab, a company based in Muscat, Sultanate of Oman. We are committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of every person who uses our Service, and this Privacy Policy explains in clear language what we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and the rights you have over your information.

This policy applies to the STACKRhub web application, our website, any companion mobile applications we release in the future, and any related services, including support communications and transactional emails. By creating an account or using STACKRhub, you confirm that you have read and understood this policy.

We collect the minimum amount of information needed to operate STACKRhub. When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and a hashed password. You may optionally provide a mobile number with country code for future notifications or account-recovery purposes.

When you use the application, we automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device information, language preferences, and basic usage data such as which pages you visited and which features you used. This helps us secure the Service, prevent abuse, and improve product quality.

We also store the data you intentionally create inside STACKRhub: your habits, daily completion logs, diary entries, mood data, tasks, achievements, XP and streak history, and any conversations you have with our CLEAR AI coach. All of this content belongs to you and is treated as private personal data.

We use your data first and foremost to provide and operate the Service: signing you in, saving your habits, calculating streaks and XP, generating analytics, and producing the printable reports you request. Without this processing the Service cannot function.

We use your email address and optional phone number to send transactional messages through our email partner Resend — for example, password resets, subscription confirmations, important account alerts, and security notifications. We do not send marketing emails unless you have opted in.

Payment-related data is processed by PayPal. When you subscribe, PayPal handles the entire checkout flow on their own systems; we receive only a subscription identifier and basic status information. We never see or store your credit card number, CVC, or bank details.

Conversations you have with the CLEAR AI coach are sent to Anthropic (the makers of Claude) so that the model can generate a response. We send only the content needed to answer your message — never your email, payment information, or other identifiers.

All STACKRhub data is stored on infrastructure provided by Supabase, a leading managed database platform. Data is encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES-256 and in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher. Access to production systems is restricted to a small number of authorised engineers and is logged.

Passwords are never stored in plain text. We use the secure password-hashing standards provided by our authentication provider, and we offer protection against credentials that have appeared in known data breaches.

Payment data is handled exclusively by PayPal under their own PCI-DSS-compliant systems. We do not store card numbers, CVC codes, or bank details at any point. Refunds and chargebacks are managed through your PayPal account.

While we take every reasonable measure to protect your information, no online service can guarantee absolute security. If we ever become aware of a breach that materially affects your data, we will notify you by email without undue delay.

We do not sell your data. We do not rent it, trade it, or make it available to advertisers, data brokers, or third-party marketers. Your information is yours.

We share data with a very small number of carefully selected processors that are necessary to run STACKRhub: PayPal for subscription billing, Resend for transactional email delivery, Supabase for database and authentication infrastructure, and Anthropic for the CLEAR AI coach responses. Each of these partners is bound by their own privacy commitments and is only sent the minimum information required to perform their function.

We may disclose information when legally required to do so — for example, in response to a valid court order or government request — but we will challenge requests we believe to be overly broad, and we will notify the affected user unless prohibited by law.

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to receive an export of your data in a portable format, to correct inaccurate information, and to request deletion of your account and all associated data.

You also have the right to withdraw consent at any time for processing that is based on consent, to object to certain types of processing, and to restrict processing in specific circumstances.

If you believe we have mishandled your data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection authority in your jurisdiction. We would always appreciate the chance to address your concerns directly first — please email contactignitedaily@gmail.com.

STACKRhub uses a small number of essential cookies and browser storage entries that are strictly necessary to operate the Service. These are used to keep you signed in, to remember your theme preference (light or dark), and to maintain your session between page loads.

We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels, or third-party analytics cookies that profile you across the web. We do not participate in real-time bidding or ad-tech networks.

Most browsers allow you to block cookies or clear local storage. Doing so will sign you out of STACKRhub and reset your preferences, but it will not delete the account data held on our servers.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your account remains in a wind-down state for 30 days in case you change your mind. After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted from our active systems.

If you ask us to delete your account immediately, we will honour your request within 30 days and confirm by email once the deletion is complete. Backup copies may persist for a short additional period before being overwritten in the normal course of business.

Some records may be retained for longer when we are legally required to do so — for example, certain transaction records for tax or anti-fraud purposes — but those records are held under strict access controls and are not used for any other purpose.

STACKRhub is intended for users who are 16 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe your child has created a STACKRhub account, please contact us and we will delete the account and any associated data promptly.

We may ask for proof of age in cases where there is reasonable doubt about a user's eligibility, and we reserve the right to suspend accounts that we believe belong to users below the minimum age.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices, our technology, legal requirements, or the way we operate the Service. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

If the changes are material — for example, a meaningful expansion of how we use your data, or the introduction of a new processor — we will notify all active users by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect, so that you have time to review them and, if you wish, cancel your account.

Continued use of STACKRhub after the effective date of the updated policy constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
