Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you", "User") and HyperSolutions Lab, the operator of STACKRhub ("STACKRhub", "we", "us"). By creating an account, subscribing to a paid plan, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use STACKRhub. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to all active subscribers at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

STACKRhub is a web-based Software-as-a-Service application designed to help users build, track, and analyse daily habits. The Service includes a habit tracker, daily diary, mood logging, an AI coaching assistant called CLEAR, XP and gamification mechanics, printable progress reports, and related analytics features.

STACKRhub is delivered as a hosted online service. You access it through a modern web browser on a desktop, laptop, tablet, or mobile device. We may release dedicated mobile applications in the future for iOS and Android, which will be governed by these same Terms unless we explicitly publish app-specific terms.

We continuously improve the Service. Features, layouts, and pricing may evolve. We will give reasonable notice of significant changes, but we reserve the right to add, modify, or retire features as needed to keep the Service secure, stable, and useful.

To use STACKRhub, you must create an account using a valid email address. You must be at least 16 years of age. Accounts created by anyone under that age may be suspended or deleted without notice.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Choose a strong password, do not share it, and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, attempt to abuse the Service, or repeatedly trigger our automated abuse-prevention systems. We will provide a reason whenever possible, and we will give you a reasonable opportunity to export your data unless the violation poses an immediate security risk.

STACKRhub is offered as a paid subscription. The standard plans are Monthly at $9.99 USD and Annual at $59.99 USD. All subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period until you cancel them.

Billing is handled by PayPal. By subscribing, you authorise PayPal to charge the applicable amount to your chosen payment method at the start of each billing cycle. We do not see or store your card or bank details at any point.

You may cancel at any time directly from your STACKRhub profile or through your PayPal account. Cancellation stops future renewals; we do not provide pro-rata refunds for unused portions of a paid period unless required by law.

We may adjust pricing for future billing cycles. Existing subscribers will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance of any price change, and may cancel before the new price takes effect.

During the launch period, STACKRhub offers a special Founding Member price. Users who subscribe during this period and maintain their subscription without interruption lock in their introductory price for the entire active life of their subscription.

"Without interruption" means that the subscription must continue to renew successfully on PayPal without being cancelled or suspended for non-payment. If your subscription lapses for any reason — cancellation, failed payment, or chargeback — and you later resubscribe, the new subscription will be billed at the then-current standard price.

We may close the Founding Member tier at any time, including when we reach an internal cap on founding members. After that, no new subscriptions will be available at the introductory price, but existing founding members will continue to enjoy their locked-in rate.

STACKRhub offers printable trackers and other digital downloads as one-off purchases. Because these are digital products delivered immediately after purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable. Please review the product description and preview before buying.

Digital downloads are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use. You may print as many copies as you need for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or modify and redistribute any downloaded file.

If a download link fails or you cannot access a product you have legitimately purchased, please contact support and we will provide a replacement at no charge.

You agree to use STACKRhub only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. You will not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise discover the source code of any part of the Service.

You will not abuse the CLEAR AI coach, including by attempting to extract harmful content, bypass safety measures, generate spam, or use it for purposes unrelated to personal habit tracking and self-development.

You will not run automated scrapers, bots, or load-test tools against the Service without our written permission. You will not attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts, to our infrastructure, or to any data you are not entitled to see.

All software, content, designs, trademarks, logos, illustrations, and copy that make up the Service are owned by HyperSolutions Lab or licensed to us. They are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

You retain full ownership of the personal content you create inside STACKRhub — your habits, diary entries, moods, tasks, and conversations. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store, display, and process that content solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you.

Feedback and suggestions you send us about the Service may be used freely by us to improve STACKRhub, without compensation or attribution, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

The CLEAR AI coach is a motivational and reflective tool. It is designed to encourage consistency, surface patterns, and prompt you with questions. It is not a substitute for qualified medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice.

If you are experiencing a mental-health crisis, suicidal thoughts, or any medical emergency, please contact a qualified professional or emergency service in your country immediately. Do not rely on CLEAR for crisis support.

CLEAR can make mistakes. Treat its suggestions as input to your own decisions, not as instructions. We are not liable for any decision you make based on its responses.

STACKRhub is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HyperSolutions Lab and its officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Muscat, Oman.

If you are a consumer resident in a jurisdiction that grants you mandatory legal protections that cannot be overridden by contract, those protections continue to apply to you. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any right you have that cannot lawfully be waived.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
